Set Backlash

ASCOM

  1. Open the ASCOM Focuser Setup

  2. Change the values for Backlash Comp. Steps to change the amount of backlash

  3. Change the CheckBox for Backlash Compensation Enabled to turn Compensation on or off

  4. Press Ok to save

Alpaca

  1. Open the Alpaca Focuser Setup

  2. Connect and Click Setup Focuser 1 or 2 to change the values

  3. Change the values for Backlash Steps to change the amount of backlash

  4. Change the CheckBox for Backlash Comp. to turn Compensation on or off
