Currently this is tested on Ubuntu (18.04+), Debian (9+), and Fedora based distributions.

The software is distributed as an AppImage, an extremely portable way to distribute Linux Applications as a single file. You can learn more about AppImages at their website.

FW Control for AMD 64 (most x86_64 desktop Linux)

Note on Linux COM Ports and USB devices

Many Linux distributions limit access to COM Ports by default. If required you will need to give your user permission to access ports to connect to the rotator. How this is accomplished varies from distribution to distribution.

macOS

Currently under development.

Installation steps for macOS users

• Unzip the application
• Drag the program to the Applications Folder
• Control-click or right-click and select Open
• Click the Open button
• After granting this permission you should be able to open the app normally

You can also install the Windows or Linux driver in Parallels or on another machine and access it remotely on the Mac.
